Who likes Pistachio Pudding

I'll admit when I saw this weeks colours I wasn't sure whether I had anything in Pistachio Pudding as it wasn't one on this years In Colors that leapt out & said "love me & use me"

Luckily I'd ordered the In Colors cardstock & inkpads set when the new catalogue launched back in July 2013 & I still had all four sheets on Pistachio Pudding untouched he he!!

For the first card (sorry it's a bit blurred!!) I've used the negative bit of the Petite Petal punch to create the focal point. I really like the effect.

A little bit of Washi tape & the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set to finish off.

Petite Petals

Here is the last of my cards for this weeks colour challenge.

This one is very 'Clean & Simple' & uses the sentiment as the focal point.

Here is the second of my cards for last weeks Jems colour challenge.

I kept looking at the Million & One stamp set & finally gave in after seeing some lovely cards made with it. You get two large stamps in the set, both are lovely sentiments & at only £14.95 in wood (£11.95 in clear) it's a great value set.

I also ordered the Starburst Framelits dies this time around & am loving them!!

I haven't used my Blossom Party die for ages, I think I need to rectify that!!

WWWU week 12 - Melon Mambo, Old Olive & Daffodil Delight

Some lovely bright colours for this weeks Wades Weekly Warm-Up Jems colour challenge.

I've made three cards for this weeks challenge & I really love the colours.

I'm sharing my favorite with you first & will post the other two over the next few days.

I love the Happy Watercolor stamp set especially the 'splodge' as one of my class ladies described it when she asked "what exactly would you use that splodge for?". Well here's your answer.

I think it gives a lovely effect whether it's stamped in one colour as I've done here or whether you choose different colours for you splodges. I've stamped all the blocks in Daffodil Delight but have stamped off once for the second block & twice for the third block down.
