Special Blessings

I have a busy time coming up in May & June when the First Holy Communions take place in our Parish. I get alot of orders for personalised cards so need to get my thinking cap on for the 2011 designs!! I also need to make quite a few 'basic' Communion cards so started on those today.

I've used the Special Blessings Stamp Set & Sweets Swirls Standard Wheel from Stampin' Up. I've stamped the wheel & cross in Rose Red to match the lovely Rose Red Seam Binding & the sentiment has been stamped in Basic Black. Finished off with a bit of bling with the Basic Rhinestones.

    I can't believe there are no Christian themed Christmas or Easter stamp sets in the current catalogue...I wish I'd thought of this set sooner, I could have used the cross for Easter cards! This is a lovely, elegant card :)
