Here is my card for the challenge. I was sent the stamped image as a RAK by the lovely Vikki & have coloured it using Whispers. I have highlighted the rain drops & splash with Anita's 3D Glaze. The flower, ribbons & button are from Poppicrafts & the wire is from my stash
