This week, a nice easy theme, anything to do with gardens. Could be people gardening, having fun in the garden, a garden scene or perhaps some little animals you might find in the garden.
Make it cute and have loads of fun!

I enjoyed making this card as I haven't used my sizzix & quickutz garden dies for a long time. I was in such a hurry to get it finished that I used a Tilda I had already coloured but think now I should have stamped another & coloured it in orange tones! but would that have been too much orange ??
Hi Sharon, good I'm first, don't know what you are worrying about I think the Blue is a great foil for the oranges. Great card as usual

ReplyDeleteHey....... it's me. My battery's a bit low at the moment. KMK was a blast and finished on Sunday. Straight into production for Guys and Dolls on Monday.... and I resigned last night in a fit of artistic temperament!!! Don't regret it though!
ReplyDeleteAnyway working on Les Miserables for July is enough to be going on with!
Love this card -tho I seem to be in the minority in finding the blue a little dominant. Maybe a more washed out blue??? I like orange and green as a combo, but I'm sure many would disagree with that ;-)
BTW -how do you do your colouring -it's always fab! Care to pass on a few tips???
Hope you are having the sunny day we are!
Much love,
SJ xxx

Seriously Happy Birthday for yesterday ! I hope you got your heart's desire. LOL
Yep well my monchrome card was disqualified being on an aqua mat. I had no choice -I had nothing in lilac tones. Never mind, I had a go....
Thanks for the tips for colouring -may get round to it some day, but I seem to spend so many hours admiring other people's work that I don't get any crafting done myself!!!
Much love,
